Bio

Abby welcomes patients ages 6+, teens, and young adults to Pink Couch Wellness.  She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to explore challenges, build resilience, and grow with confidence. Abby incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), play therapy, and sand tray therapy to meet clients where they are and guide them forward.

Abby holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Social Work from the University of Iowa.
