Savannah works with patients ages 12+, specializing in trauma and PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, attachment, and self-esteem. She provides strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed care focused on helping patients recognize their self-worth, build healthier relationships, and better understand patterns in their thoughts and behaviors. Savannah also believes therapy can feel comfortable and authentic, incorporating humor and sarcasm into sessions when appropriate.

Savannah’s goal is to help patients process trauma and everyday stressors while building confidence in themselves and their ability to navigate life’s challenges. She supports patients in developing healthy relationships, setting boundaries that protect their well-being, and building the skills and insight they need to function at their best. Savannah is also trained in EMDR.

Savannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Child, Adult, and Family Services and Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Iowa State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Iowa.
